I had to fight the urge to not just jump right into his face. His proportions and pose are very specific so I had to force myself to focus on the overall body shape and pose in the next step. I did spend a little time on the face, but I wasn’t happy with it and would later restart it to get a better shape.
At this point I also wasn’t happy with how it was matching up with the shot from the film. You can see that the body feels a bit longer on the screen in the background, my sculpt at this point is too short and wide. I am happy with the shape of his legs and how his gut feels.
